Each individual may register only one (1) phmystic account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. phmystic is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Member.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phmystic login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your phmystic account, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat. phmystic will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily freezing the account to prevent further unauthorized activity.
As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, phmystic may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Accepted documents include government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or UMID card).
All financial transactions on the phmystic Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phmystic accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted where available.
The following payment methods are not accepted on phmystic under any circumstances: cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and any other digital asset), and credit card deposits for gambling purposes, which are prohibited under current Philippine regulations.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and are subject to change. phmystic reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to Members.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the phmystic account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. phmystic aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier section, subject to verification requirements.
phmystic reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, phmystic will notify the Member and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond.
phmystic offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.

phmystic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Member's account will be honored subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, phmystic will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the Member's position to the state immediately prior to the malfunction. Where this is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the stake returned to the Member's account.
phmystic reserves the right to void any bet or game result that was affected by a technical error, pricing error, or any other error that resulted in an outcome that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phmystic Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
phmystic reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold or forfeit any funds in such accounts pending investigation. phmystic may also report suspected illegal activity to the relevant Philippine authorities.
All content on the phmystic Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of phmystic or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
Any unauthorized use of phmystic's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phmystic's total liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phmystic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if phmystic has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phmystic does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Members access and use the Platform at their own risk.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phmystic's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
phmystic is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Members. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, and phmystic strongly encourages Members to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose.

phmystic reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations.
Members may close their phmystic account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between a Member and phmystic, the Member should first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. phmystic will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the Member's initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or seek resolution through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
phmystic operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Members who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaint procedures.
phmystic reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phmystic will notify registered Members via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. phmystic recommends that Members check this page at least once every three months to stay informed of any updates.
